Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days.

Shipping rates are subject to change based on the shipping companies fluctuations but currently range from $6.99-$9.99 on orders shipping to the USA. Items shipping to Canada are calculated at checkout. 

We provide shipping insurance for all packages shipped to high-risk areas to protect against loss or damage; however, claims can only be submitted after 30 days from shipping date.

Customers will receive email confirmations upon order placement and again when the shipping label is generated, which will include a tracking number for package status updates. While we cannot control the delivery process once the package is dispatched, we are committed to help with any issues that may arise.
